WATERLOO, Ontario – Brent Gingerich, CEO of peopleCare Communities announced today that after a comprehensive recruitment search, Megan Allen-Lamb has been named the new President effective June 4th, 2018.

Megan brings a unique perspective to leadership thanks to her experience across a wide range of senior level positions in the provincial health care system. Prior to assuming the current role, Megan was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the largest government funded home care agency in Ontario and has held other significant CEO and senior leadership positions throughout her professional career.

Megan is an accomplished health care executive with an innovative, resident-centred, results orientated approach inspiring vision and delivering on strategy. She brings to peopleCare leadership acumen demonstrated through her ability to transform outcomes through strategic alliances with regional and provincial stakeholders.

Megan holds a Masters of Public Health, specializing in Health Policy and Management from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor.
